Aertv uses geo-blocking software to determine where you are accessing the app from. Sometimes you may be accessing from within the Republic of Ireland but the software mistakenly thinks that you are outside of this area.
This is most likely caused by the way your Internet Service Provider sets up and manages your internet connection. If you contact your internet provider they should be able to resolve this for you.
