Please check your Internet settings and make sure any VPN ad-blockers or Proxy clients are turned off before trying to access the service. Please note our service does not support users who have a VPN or Proxy enabled.

Users who are trying to access with a VPN or Proxy will experience difficulties logging in to use Aertv. 

If you are having trouble logging in please check that you are using the correct Username and Password. If you are using the right credentials and still cannot get past the log in page, check your browser's cookie settings. Cookies should be enabled for Aertv.
