Some Aertv users have experienced problems accessing the Irish channels from within the Republic of Ireland.

If you are a resident within the Republic of Ireland but are using a UK internet provider, our filtering systems will see you as a UK resident and unfortunately you will be unable to access the Irish channels as these are restricted to those within the Republic of Ireland.

However, if you are using an Irish internet provider and are having this problem in a border county, please send us an email with your IP address details so we can help you.
