Step 1: Open up one of the emails you have received from Aertv. 

Step 2: Scroll down to the bottom of the mail. You will see a link that reads 'Unsubscribe from this list' at the footer of the email. Click on this link.



Step 3: You will immediately be unsubscribed from the list and will be brought to a page like the one shown below.
