If you decide to cancel your Aertv Plus subscription you can do it at any time by logging into your Aertv account through a browser. Simply follow the steps listed below if you wish to remove the service and remember that you can sign up at any time again for only €5.99 per month. 

To cancel Aertv Platinum please send your request to cancellations@magnet.ie

Step 1: Log in and Click on your username displayed in the top right hand corner of the page and click through to 'Account Settings'.

Step 2: Scroll down until you see the 'Channel Pack Subscriptions' section. Below it will list the subscriptions that you are subscribed to and you will see a link beside it that allows you to remove the subscription. Click on 'Cancel Subscription'.

Step 3: A dialog box will appear asking you to give a reason why you are cancelling and to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription. Select one of the options and then click "Cancel Subscription". Once you have clicked "Cancel Subscription", your access to Aertv Plus channels will be removed immediately and you will be removed from our billing system.
